Change Management: This training course teaches the participants the theory of change management, the process involved, provides tools and templates and involves case study learning. It is targeted at HR professionals, Project Managers, Consultants, Marketers, Organisation Leaders and anyone involved in a situation where managing change is a key to success.

Market Research for non-research people: In many cases people are required to run or interpret research results for organisational benefit. This is often an expectation of people that have no training or experience in this field and as such the results may not be valid or the interpretation incorrect. This course will equip the participants with an understanding of the research process and what is required to make the research valid, how to conduct a research project effectively, tools and templates that can be used in the process and interviewing skills.
